How to apply Eye Makeup Remover
Saturate a cotton pad (my favorite), dampen with water first to make remover go further.
It doesn’t take much. Then gently swipe over lash line and lids. Turn pad over and repeat. I usually go over eyes one more time without water wetted pad to remove any oily residue.
